- For apparel, folded neatly (not rolled or crumpled)
- Breakable items must be packed securely for return; we cannot accept returns for items that break during shipping.

3. How to Start a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will send you return shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Order Not Received: If your order shows as “Delivered” but you did not receive it, do not attempt a return or exchange. Please contact the carrier listed in your order status page. shop.sageandstonehomestead.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Undeliverable or Refused Packages: Orders marked as “Refused” or “Returned to Sender” will be processed as a return. We will issue a refund for the cost of goods, but shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Edits: Once an order is submitted, we cannot edit it. If you need to change the shipping address, please notify us immediately at heather@sageandstonehomestead.com. If the order has already been processed, it will be shipped to the address provided during checkout.

15. Shipping Issues

You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
